Sampo Engineering Inc.
It was founded in May 2002 by Civil Engineer Vince Sampo who has over 35 years of experience in the industry and 20 years with the Sampo firm.
Later, Sampo was acquired by CE&LST Corporation founded in September 2021 in the City of Encinitas, CA. by Engineer Alan Dennis, Entrepreneurial Engineer with over 38 years of experience with large Civil Engineering projects in Mexico and the United States.
