Who we are.
If your project is residential, commercial, public works or on an Indian reservation, small or large, CE&LST Corporation will provide all of your surveying, civil engineering, mapping and planning needs from project start to finish. We carry California State licenses in civil engineering and land surveying and have established excellent working relationships with municipalities and utility districts throughout Southern California.
Technology.
CE&LST uses the latest in technology with Civil 3D software by Autodesk to generate
engineering
drawings and survey maps.
For field surveys, depending on your needs, the Trimble SX12
Scanning Total
Station, Microdrone md Mapper 1000DG Lidar Drone System, Spectra Precision Epoch 50 GPS unit,
Leica 1200
Robotic Total Station, or Sokkia Set 3 Total Station with data collection capabilities will be
used.
The drone is used for a precise aerial surveying helping us achieve high levels of
data
accuracy, maximize coverage with each flight, and streamline operations by reducing the need for
extensive
manpower and equipment.
The scanner total station registers millions of data points in
minutes at a
high quality and speed scan data at a seamless workflow, enabling informed and faster
project-based
decisions.
These technology enables our clients and CE&LST team to work as if we
were at the
site, elevating the surveying experience with efficiency and accuracy.
Certifications.
CE&LST Corporation is certified as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) with the State of California Department of General Services and with the California Department of Transportation as a DBE.We are also certified with the United States Department of the Interior Small Business Administration as a qualified civil engineering and surveying 8(a) firm. We are a member of the SANDAG Bench and the California Unified Certification Program (CUCP). We are certified with the City of San Diego as an ELBE.
